Asotin council approves payroll and $35,313 in August expense claims

Councilmember Steve Cowdrey moved to approve the consent items; Councilmember Craig Stein seconded the motion, which passed on a 5–0 vote. The approvals were recorded as routine city business with no discussion recorded on the items.
