Neighbors raise drainage concerns over Jackson Estates Subdivision; Bellevue officials describe review process

Bellevue City Administrator Teresa Weinschenk responded that the city had followed its plat procedures and that the Bellevue City Council has discussed drainage concerns related to the subdivision.
