Police chief shows seized meth, says traffic stop "proactive policing at its finest"

He said a typical user amount is about "0.125 of a gram" and noted that quantity would be worth "about $40." Chief Segal framed the stop as an example of routine enforcement keeping drugs "off of the streets."
