Council then moved (M/Gorman, S/Bryson) to accept the 2024 Street Improvements as complete with the contingency that the final contract voucher be received from the contractor; that motion also carried unanimously.
The actions close the city's contractual review for the multi-street pavement project pending the contractor's final voucher. Council did not record any separate amendments to scope or additional funding during the acceptance vote.
