Board approves claims and personnel appointments, amends FY26 report

The board also approved an amended FY26 financial report for the Heritage Area Agency on Aging on a motion by Supervisor Zirkelbach, seconded by Supervisor Hall (motion [2026-089]).
In personnel business the board placed on record the Conservation Board's appointment of Jacob Alger as part-time seasonal help at $16.32 effective July 6, 2026. The board also appointed Notascha Duggan and Jenna Miller as real estate agents and Mike Miller as an agricultural owner/operator to fill vacancies on the Compensation Commission for Eminent Domain. All such motions were recorded as carrying unanimously in the minutes.
