Leticia Reeves said, "Normally with that they produce from 2 to 3 houses," and added the funds are used for supplies and materials and must meet site eligibility criteria (no-flood and low-to-moderate-income areas).
Reeves noted Habitat had staff transitions and some application materials were incomplete; staff will confirm a completed application to document proposed use of the CHDO funds. The board was told that the CHDO allocation is automatic but subject to application documentation and program criteria.
