Clinton County approves lease with Clinton Substance Abuse Council through June 2028

Resolution 2026-179 reflects an update to the lease to account for reduced square footage and sets the term to begin July 13, 2026 and expire June 30, 2028. The resolution was approved by unanimous roll-call vote.
The lease covers space, internet and phone services at the Clinton County Administration Building, and county officials recorded that the chair would sign the updated agreement on behalf of the board.
