Before the consent vote, Paul Sturm of South Weber offered public comment, praising city finance staff. "Paul Sturm of South Weber City applauded the efforts of Finance Director Brett Baltazar and staff concerning information gathered for the city budget," the minutes state. The council did not request additional budget modifications during the consent vote.
