Gilmanton fire station portico, stairs and aging flooring flagged for repair

Interior stairs have six broken tread edges and worn rubber tread covers, and exterior kitchen-side stairs need an additional railing. Housing bathrooms, dated 1994, were noted as needing updates and staff were asked to obtain quotes. The minutes also list that WB Mason water delivery should be turned off until further notice and empties picked up.
