Council authorizes 2026 alley testing and approves $97,920 payment for new water tank

Council President Dr. Tina Kline presented the authorization and Mr. Konkle moved approval; the motion carried.
Separately, the council approved Payment Application No. 3 in the amount of $97,920 for the 1.0 million-gallon water storage tank (Reservoir No. 4). Streets & Water Coordinator Clifford Hoffman updated council that the project is preparing to move into construction, saying they "are getting ready to build." The minutes record approval but do not include vote tallies.
