Borough Manager Donna M. Taggart said the borough typically completes about 20 curb cuts per year with the CDBG allocation.
Council Member Misty Emick supported the item, stressing federal parameters limit eligible projects; the motion to approve was made by Mrs. Emick and seconded by Donald Boyles and the motion carried. The council did not discuss a specific list of locations in that meeting; Taggart said SEDA COG presentations had previously explained project selection. The council recorded no opposing votes.
