Palmyra manager to undergo surgery; council hears animal-control and infrastructure updates

The solicitor told council she is working on finalizing an agreement related to property owners and pump station 3 so that the project can begin. The fire department is participating in a regional study; North Londonderry and the fire company have submitted information and the borough expects to complete its portion of the materials.
