Director Wilkes described the presentation as "just an informational item that will take probably 5 minutes," and said a staff report was not strictly required, but that he could prepare one if the commission preferred.
Several commissioners said they needed time to review materials before discussing procedural items; one commissioner suggested deferring the item to the next meeting. The motion to remove the website overview carried, with the vote recorded as six in favor and one abstention.
Commissioners said they expect the item to return when materials and time to review are available.
