City staff reports FY26 street projects: South 14th/HEB nearly complete, other work delayed

He told the board the street maintenance fund picture on staff's slide represents roughly $3,000,000 a year available to program for the coming year. He also noted some previously approved bond funds were tapped to complete projects such as Maple Street, and that certain 380 agreements have drawn on the fund, contributing to tighter near-term capacity.
Board members asked for a consolidated total for the full-depth and linear lists; Max said he did not have an immediate total but would provide it at the next meeting. The board voted to accept the FY26 report and directed staff to bring additional cost breakdowns and historical data to support 2027 programming decisions.
