The Bryan Planning and Zoning Commission recorded unanimous votes on several agenda items during its Nov. 6 meeting.
Items approved: the consent agenda; owner‑requested annexation ANNEX 25‑03 to bring roughly 38 acres (including an owner portion and city‑initiated portion) under city control with Planned Development‑Industrial zoning; rezoning RZ 25‑11 for 1121 Turkey Creek Road (8.23 acres) to C‑3 commercial; and variance PV 25‑20272704 to reduce the street‑side setback to allow a nine‑unit apartment on Maloney Avenue. Staff also presented a proposed text amendment to the Plan Development ordinance; the commission did not vote on that proposal and staff expects to return with an ordinance for a mid‑November vote.
Chair adjourned the meeting at 5:22 p.m.
