Council approves contract to replace worn concrete at Station 81; bids ranged $45,000–$57,000

Council moved and approved resolution 25-09 awarding the contract and asked staff to coordinate phasing so the fire station retains access during construction. "We will do some coordination... probably do like the front end first, so they still have access to the back," staff said. The resolution passed on roll-call vote with all present voting Yes.
