Subsequent motions approved invoice M25017-H-1F for $8,281.27 for "T&M Backflow Preventer Modifications" and invoice M25017 I 1F for $7,467.16 for "Excavation & Assistance with 6" & 12" Insertion Valves." Each motion was carried by a unanimous vote of the board.
The payments were approved under the "extraordinary terms and conditions" of MSI's current contract, according to the meeting minutes. The board did not record any abstentions or negative votes on the motions.
