Community Development Director Joel Sims asked the board to consider multiple development requests. The board approved Eagle Car Wash's request to construct an additional car bay and perform a facility facelift. The board also approved G&G Tractor's request to install a power pole at an existing office trailer at 2052 Hwy. 49 South.
At the same meeting the board denied Perry Goode's request for a new building for Mid‑South Meter at 102 Indian Creek Drive because the proposal did not meet the city's current architectural requirements. All three motions were made on Joel Sims' recommendations and carried by unanimous votes.
