Council adopts Budget Amendment #1 and declares non-functioning equipment surplus

Wigley also presented a list of non-functioning office equipment the city declared surplus. Alderman Banks moved (seconded by Alderman Herrin) that the equipment be surplussed and that the city clerk be authorized to dispose of the items as deemed necessary; the motion carried unanimously.
