Bob Bridal, director of Parks and Recreation, explained why the department prefers approved mobile vendors with a nominal fee rather than maintaining permanent concession stands that historically lost money. A motion to approve the Holloway Point Park master plan (with a required consistency finding) passed on voice vote.
