Council members discussed local applicability given South Ogden's largely built-out status, asked staff to assemble specific funding figures (one councilor estimated roughly $200,000 might be available from local sources), and suggested next steps including an open house, planning-commission briefing and a dedicated work session to prioritize two or three implementable items. Malika offered to return with options and survey information for landlords and residents.
