Council grants noise-ordinance exemption for UDOT Harrison Boulevard night work

Council approved the exemption by voice vote and asked staff to urge the contractor to mitigate business access impacts; staff said the permit documents will be finalized and that the project was expected to begin near May 27 and run into September.
