Chair Ajay Mankara opened the meeting by explaining the board's public hearing procedure — applicants present, public testimony in favor and in opposition (five minutes each), applicant rebuttal, and deliberation — and noted the board may approve, conditionally approve, deny, or continue applications.
Mankara announced that three cases were postponed: Salt Creek Properties (continued to Aug. 11), Kathleen Yourel Wallace Revocable Living Trust (continued to Aug. 11), and 230 Pine Street LLC (continued to Aug. 25). The board confirmed a quorum and proceeded with the evening's docket.
