The Dublin Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to adjourn into executive session to discuss personal matters and consideration of public-official appointments, the chair said.
"I would like to now, and have a motion to adjourn to executive session for the discussion of personal matters, consideration of public official appointments," the chair said, prompting a member to move and the clerk to call the roll. The motion was moved by a commission member and carried on a roll-call vote in which all present voted yes.
Miss Maxwell conducted the roll call; members who were recorded as voting yes included Alexander, Chinock, Deshler, Garvin, Harter and Wei. The chair did not provide further public detail about the matters to be discussed; the record shows the session was convened for personnel and appointment deliberations only.
The vote to enter executive session was taken before officer elections on the agenda. No public testimony on the executive-session items was recorded in the public portion of the meeting.
