The commission then unanimously approved a Conditional Use Permit for a brewery at 151 West Angelo Avenue (manufacturing only, no taproom) subject to MTOID pretreatment for wastewater, five off‑street employee parking spaces, indoor containment of mechanical equipment to limit noise, and weekday‑only operations (6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.).
The meeting concluded with a unanimous motion to adjourn at 7:25 PM.
