Springdale planning commission approves minutes, hears announcements

The Springdale Planning Commission approved minutes from Nov. 5, Nov. 19 and Dec. 3, 2025 during its Jan. 21 meeting. Commissioner Paul Zimmerman moved and Commissioner Kashif Bhatti seconded approval of the consent agenda; the motion passed unanimously. The minutes will be filed as part of the permanent record.
Zoning Administrator Kyndal Sagers announced two community events: "there will be a history presentation at the Canyon Community Center January 30th at 2 PM" and a revegetation willows project at River Park on Jan. 31 at 1:00 PM. Chair Jennifer McCulloch adjourned the meeting at 5:25 p.m. The meeting recording and packet are available on the town's YouTube channel and agenda center.
