Chamberlin presented a Total Year 1 Cost of $19,222.40 and recurring annual costs of $17,222.40. The committee moved to recommend approval of the website improvements and ADA compliance applications.
Chamberlin also stated that “the Federal Government has ruled that public websites must be ADA compliant for all visual disabilities,” and she recommended the cited tools to address those needs. The committee’s recommendation advances procurement and budgeting steps to implement the upgrades.
