• PR 26‑108: A sense‑of‑the‑council resolution urging trauma‑informed, healing‑centered behavioral‑health crisis responses, recommending SAMHSA‑aligned practices, improved OUC/DBH coordination, and FY '27 investments in stabilization services.
Chairwoman Henderson adjourned the meeting at 3:26 p.m. and announced the next Committee on Health meeting for Wednesday, Dec. 10, when the Department of Behavioral Health will present several bills including 26‑91, 26‑226, and 26‑462.
Recorded committee votes were taken by voice and noted as 'aye' during the en bloc motions; staff were given leave to make technical conforming changes to the draft reports.
