Year‑one performance targets include 15–20 average attendees per event, 30–40% repeat attendance and roughly 25% of attendees who are new to library services. Funding for the pilot comes from the current library budget (staff estimated "probably 2% or less" of the library’s budget) and staff said they have applied for grants to fund a dedicated vehicle.
