The Gollum Plan Commission concluded a packed March 9 agenda with several formal actions. Commissioners approved the Feb. 23 meeting minutes, approved a rezoning at 820 W. Miller Road (convenience-store SUP required), approved an eight-year SUP for heavy manufacturing at 2775 W. Kingsley, denied an 85-unit planned development on Bobtown Road (Z2604), and approved rezoning of a small parcel to PD8496 near North George Bush Highway (Z2605).
Near the end of the meeting staff announced that planner Matthew Woolverton will depart the city on March 20; commissioners thanked him for his service. The commission adjourned at 8:32 p.m. and is scheduled to meet again March 23.
