Staff showed building scans and explained that the team will use detailed digital models to guide design decisions and reduce surprises during construction. Council members asked about seating, accessibility and signage; staff said seating is planned to be wider, and design work will address wayfinding and backstage improvements. Staff emphasized a commitment to stakeholder continuity and to capacity‑building for displaced user groups during construction.
