"We did spend nearly, a little over a $250,000 outfitting our schools with halo sensors to detect vaping," a district representative said, adding that sensors activate an exterior camera when triggered. Members discussed community outreach, retailer enforcement and the need for coordinated messaging to reduce youth access.
