Lyon also reported town-hall repairs (gutters installed; deck replacement starting in two weeks pending materials) and noted upcoming community activities: a town market on Feb. 6 (6–8 p.m.) and a tree giveaway partnered with the tree conservancy on Feb. 7. She thanked town staff for speedy permitting work and encouraged residents to attend events.
