Regarding Fort Johnson, staff said crews are working on storm drainage, will add new sidewalks and that arrival of new traffic-signal arms has a lead time of about nine months. "We're working on storm drainage right now... the lead time on that is almost 9 months," the speaker said, noting traffic impacts during construction and the plan to accelerate the signal-arm procurement where possible.
