The motion to approve the roadway use agreement was moved by Commissioner Trent Kaufman and seconded by Commissioner Donald Blackburn and recorded as carried in the minutes. The agreement authorizes Powder River Proppants to use the specified segment under the terms reviewed by Road & Bridge.
