City releases holiday closures and events; local shop Aspen Gift House introduced

"We really want people to be able to walk into the door and take a deep breath away from all the fast paced life," Kelly said of her store's goal to provide a community-minded shopping experience. Staff also announced a nightly Santa tour on a Highland Village fire engine and encouraged residents to attend the free family "Christmas at the Ranch" event on Dec. 13 at DoubleTree Ranch Park.
