Treasurer to correct 911 millage heading on ANR report before next meeting

County Treasurer Valerie Tracey told the Finance Committee she had provided an estimated personal property tax document for ANR Storage tied to Coldsprings Township and would correct an editorial omission.
"Review of draft document noted 911 millage was on the sheet but not the heading, County Treasurer to correct and provide to Committee of the Whole meeting," the meeting record states. Tracey and Equalization Director Megan Daniels discussed the need to verify which townships granted exemptions and the caution against releasing figures before a final tribunal decision.
The treasurer agreed to update the document ahead of the Committee of the Whole meeting on May 14, 2025. Committee members also discussed invoicing and reimbursement processes that the county will need to review if the tribunal orders refunds.
