District readies staff and volunteers for TR Library Opening; reimbursement discussed

Fire Chief Kyle Shockley told the board there is a strong initial roster of people available to staff the TR Library Opening event. The board discussed whether to reimburse those taking day and night shifts; Commissioners will finalize the reimbursement approach and timing.
A walkthrough of the TR Presidential Library, the 1883 Hotel and the Musical is set for May 26 for EMT and department members to review alarms and access. Assistant Chief Cody Armbrust inspected alarms at the 1883 Hotel during the week preceding the meeting.
