Ald. Phelps moved to approve proposed Ordinance #576 increasing water and sewer rates effective July 1, 2025; Ald. Rhodes seconded. The board approved the ordinance on first reading and later on final reading; Mayor Bell declared Ordinance #576 as approved on the final reading with a unanimous roll call.
