Henderson hires Wold Architects for Utility Operations building planning ($16,000)

The engineering work is intended to produce consistent bid specifications so contractors will bid on the same scope of work and to bring the building back to safe condition.
The board did not record changes to the funding source at the meeting; follow‑up will include preparation of bid documents and solicitation of contractors.
