He said Hill Services reviewed video but is not yet comfortable providing a firm estimate; a colleague will perform a second review and the city expects a more precise estimate at the next meeting.
Green said the repair would cost approximately $30,450 if that assessment holds, and he indicated the city may use ARP relining funds—which previously covered 550 feet of relining work—depending on final engineering recommendations. He also said failed areas exist in Mifflin and Hamlet that may be addressed as part of a broader relining plan.
