Commissioners approve HDR Engineering amendments for CR14 and CR4; lease New Town Shop

The board also approved signing a Commercial Real Estate Lease Agreement with Knife River Corporation for the New Town Shop property described as Sublot B of Outlot 5A in Osborn Township. Engineer Hennessy provided a road construction update noting Paulson Bridge work and an anticipated need to purchase additional right‑of‑way along a private property owned by Marty Jorstad.
