City reports capital projects, confirms downtown "Lights On" for Nov. 21 and other holiday events

Staff confirmed downtown's annual "Lights On" event is planned for Friday, Nov. 21, and described logistics for a new LED tree that will arrive just before the event. Staff also announced "Holiday Magic" on Dec. 4 and other seasonal activities and said parade applications for the Downtown Holiday Stroll close Dec. 1.
Staff asked residents to consult the city calendar for details and noted some events include vendor and shuttle logistics (shuttle parking at Blinn College lots E, I and K).
