Malcolm Smith, the township liaison, said he is awaiting another quote for Prophecy Creek Park fencing and has reached out to County Line Fence and potential maintenance contractors. "Mr. Smith is waiting for another quote from Mr. Marrocco. County Line Fence is working on getting Mr. Smith a quote," the minutes record.
Commissioners discussed Erbs Mill plantings, agreeing the work will be scaled down to a Phase 1 implementation with timing to be confirmed for spring or fall. On Centre Square Park, Chair Mark Eberle relayed that John Casani will get estimates to move three trees; Commissioner Andrew Meehan cautioned that moving trees is difficult and expensive, noting it is often "more affordable to plant new trees." The Shade Tree Commission will review the Community Center planting plan and follow up with staff for cost and feasibility estimates.
