The commission agreed to revise logistics for next year—removing easels that proved difficult in windy conditions and assigning volunteers to walk the line offering to photograph poster displays. Township liaison Malcolm Smith will confirm logistics for collecting and returning tree-recycling bags (collection continues through May 10). Eberle also agreed to draft a commission thank-you letter to volunteers in addition to the email Mr. Smith already sent.
