SWCD Conservation Manager Dana Gutzmann highlighted grant‑supported projects in 2025 including forest stewardship planning, shoreline restoration, urban stormwater management and the Boy River Fish Passage project that reconnected 54 miles of waterway by modifying the Girl Lake outlet. Gutzmann said conservation work produced an estimated $984,600 in economic activity in 2025 and recognized several local award recipients. Commissioners then adopted Resolution No. 16‑26 to accept FY26‑27 partnership funding and authorized the chair to sign documents for implementation.
