Committee approves two certified survey maps in Minocqua and Three Lakes
Summary
The Planning & Development Committee approved a preliminary two-lot certified survey map for Brock Jansen & Beth Nehme (Jansen’s Squirrel Lake Lodge) and approved a two-lot/outlot CSM for C & D Deer Camp 1954 LLC (Peters Road, Three Lakes), both by unanimous vote with conditions/restrictions as presented.
At its May 13 meeting the Oneida County Planning & Development Committee approved two preliminary certified survey maps. The first was a two-lot CSM for lands owned by Brock Jansen & Beth Nehme (Lot 8, Jansen’s Squirrel Lake Lodge; PIN MI-7668; 7917 & 7923 North Jansen Road, Town of Minocqua). The motion, moved by Billy Fried and seconded by Bob Almekinder, approved the map pursuant to Section 15.31(2) Modifications.
The committee also approved a preliminary two-lot/outlot CSM for C & D Deer Camp 1954 LLC (Part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 24, T39N, R10E; PIN TL-274-1; 8079 Peters Road, Town of Three Lakes) with the restrictions presented by staff and the surveyor. Both approvals carried with all members present voting "Aye." Surveyor Greg Maines and Land Use Specialist Scott Ridderbusch answered technical and mapping questions before the committee took the votes.
