Vanessa Varn, the county's emergency management director, clarified during the meeting: "It should read not more than 250,000 of eligible reimbursable expenses because, Roscommon County, due to our population being under 25,000, we are not eligible for any more than 250,000 for section 19 funding." The board then took a roll-call vote and adopted the resolution with all recorded members voting yes.
The adopted resolution authorizes the county administrator/controller to submit the application and provide required documentation to the state for potential reimbursement.
