The Le Sueur County Board of Commissioners approved the Feb. 24, 2026 meeting agenda and, by unanimous vote of Commissioners Steve Rohlfing, Dennis Tietz and Danny O'Keefe, adopted a consent agenda covering multiple administrative items.
The consent agenda listed: Feb. 17, 2026 board minutes; a Housing and Redevelopment Authority administration contract with Minnesota Valley Action Council, Inc.; tobacco license applications for Snak Atak #104 and Snak Atak Liquor #8 in the City of Waterville through June 30, 2026; donation of 2025 4‑H Building rental fees totaling $5,328 per the agreement between Le Sueur County and the Regents of the University of Minnesota (dated Nov. 23, 2021); granting regular status to Deputy Brandon Marshall effective Feb. 18, 2026; and renewal of a consumption and display permit for Caribou Gun Club Inc.
