Board approves AIC contract, several minutes and acknowledges annex excavation cleared by IDEM

At the July 6 session the Putnam County Board of Commissioners handled several administrative matters and an annex update.
Commissioner Tom Helmer moved and Commissioner Andy Beck seconded approval of an AIC contract; the motion passed unanimously. The board approved minutes for June 15 (Helmer moved; Beck seconded; Woodall noted he was absent from that meeting), June 17 (executive), June 26 (executive) and July 1. The board also acknowledged mail received by the commissioners.
Commissioner Rick Woodall reported that excavation at the annex uncovered an old system; the contractor followed appropriate procedures and obtained clearance from IDEM (Indiana Department of Environmental Management). No further action on the annex was recorded. Woodall then moved to adjourn; Helmer seconded and the board adjourned by unanimous vote.
